The model and entertainment business is in the midst of long-overdue and major changes in the way that people of color, non-binary and trans artists and artists with disabilities are represented. The transformation is happening across all media, including film, television, theatre, streaming services, advertising and audio. There are new standards in our society, which have resulted in significant demand from networks, studios and advertisers for high-quality talent that meets the expectations and reflects the diversity of contemporary audiences.

At Panache Management, we understand that representation matters. The agency has been notably successful in attracting and retaining successful BIPOC and LGBT clients, especially through the Canadian Diversity and Inclusion Division under the leadership of Jennifer Milner, who has been tapped to lead the agency's International Diversity and Inclusion Initiative.

Panache Management's National Diversity and Inclusion Initiative builds upon the agency's commitment to embracing models and artists as a whole, creating structures and systems to nurture and guide careers in more than one medium, while targeting opportunities that expand boundaries of race, gender and identity.

The initiative will identify, recruit, develop and retain extraordinary clients representing groups that have been traditionally overlooked, with the long-term goal of fostering relationships and creating new opportunities within a welcoming culture.
